This was a real kick in the ass for me on a day where I felt a little bit sorry for myself for spending the third year in a row away from my family for Thanksgiving. At least I have a job to keep me away. At least I have an apartment to go home to. At least I’m healthy and have a healthy family. Sometimes it just takes a little perspective to show me the big picture. And for that, I’m thankful.
